1. How to buy an eSIM?

You can purchase an eSIM directly through your Prestmit account. Simply log in, select "eSIM" from the services list, choose your desired country and package, accept the terms and conditions and proceed to payment, your eSIM is now ready for activation.

How do I activate an eSIM on my device after buying?

  • Scan the QR code provided and follow the instructions to install the eSIM profile on your device.

  • After successful installation, turn on data roaming on the eSIM profile

  • Your eSIM will only work when you are in the country it was purchased for.

2. How to Topup an eSIM?

To top up your eSIM data plan, log in to your Prestmit account, navigate to your eSIM dashboard, select the eSIM you wish to top up (ensuring it's activated), choose your desired data package, proceed with payment, and your eSIM data plan will be topped up automatically..

3. Can I use both a physical SIM and an eSIM at the same time?

Yes, if your device supports dual SIM functionality, you can use both a physical SIM and an eSIM simultaneously. This is ideal for managing personal and work numbers or using local plans while abroad.

4. What happens if I delete my eSIM? Can I reinstall it?

If you delete your eSIM, you can reinstall it using the original QR code provided at the point of purchase. Keep in mind that most eSIM profiles can only be downloaded once, so handle the QR code carefully.

5. Does the eSIM include a phone number or SMS capabilities?

At the moment, all our eSIM plans are designed for data-only. They do not come with phone numbers or SMS capabilities.

The validity of an eSIM is dependent on the plan of purchase. Some plans have fixed durations, while others remain active as long as you top them up.

We charge a 2% processing fee on eSIM plan purchase.

29. Are the eSIMs plans 5G enabled?

Most of our eSIM plans support 5G. You’ll also need a 5G-compatible device and be in a region where 5G connectivity is accessible to use this feature.

30. Can I get a refund for an eSIM purchased if I don’t use it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for eSIMs already purchased.

32. Why am I unable to top-up my eSIM

If you receive an error message stating "the order's status doesn't support the action," it most likely means the eSIM is not in an active state that allows for a top-up. This could be because the eSIM hasn't been activated yet or has expired. Please note that you cannot top up an eSIM that has not been activated.

33. How do I resolve installation errors when setting up my eSIM?

If you encounter errors during setup, please check and ensure your device is updated, compatible with eSIM, and you’re following the activation instructions carefully. If issues persist, kindly reach out to our support team for prompt assistance.

34. What happens if I exceed my eSIM data limit?

No worries! If you exceed your data limit, you only need to purchase additional data. You can easily top up your plan through our app or website.
