Oh so you forgot your password/pin? Not to worry, it happens to everyone. To reset it is straightforward.

Within the platform, click on the RESET PASSWORD or RESET PIN option. A 4-digit OTP will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the OTP alongside your new pin or password, and submit.

Your password or pin will then be updated. You can proceed to use the platform.
