Why did I not get paid for the promo code I applied?

Did the final status of your transaction meet the requirement?

Every promo code in Prestmit has a requirement attached to it. When you apply a promo code to your gift card transaction and your transaction gets edited, reasons might be because of a wrong category or value, if the final status of your transaction did not meet the requirement for that promo code, the reward will not be added to you.
