Selling crypto on Prestmit is fully automated. You generate a wallet address and send crypto to it. Your payout then goes to your Naira, Cedis or USD wallet, or straight to your bank account.
Steps to send crypto
Tap Crypto on the home screen
Click on Sell crypto.
Select the coin you want to sell (Bitcoin, ETH, USDT, USDC, TRON, BNB, LTC, DOGE).
Tap Generate Address if you haven't already done so. If you have, copy your wallet address and proceed to send your crypto from anywhere of your choice into your wallet address
5. Once your crypto arrives in your Prestmit wallet, it’s converted to your default currency (Naira, Cedis or USD), or paid to your bank account automatically if you use auto-withdraw.
How long does it take?
Crypto transactions usually take 5–30 minutes. Each blockchain needs a number of confirmations before a transaction is final, so the time depends on the coin. It can take longer if:
The network fee was low. Transactions sent with a very low gas or network fee may be processed after others.
The network is congested. Heavy traffic on the blockchain slows confirmations for everyone.
My transaction shows as pending
This is normal. Your transaction is waiting for the blockchain confirmations it needs. You can track it with the in-app crypto checker or a blockchain explorer. If the blockchain shows the transaction as complete but Prestmit still shows it as pending, contact support.
I sent crypto but it’s not showing
Check the following:
You sent it to your Prestmit wallet address for that specific coin.
You used the correct network (e.g. USDT on TRC20 to your Prestmit TRC20 address).
The transfer went through on-chain. Check a blockchain explorer using your transaction hash.
The amount wasn’t below the minimum. See Minimum Crypto Transaction Amounts on Prestmit.
Important: Sending the wrong coin or using the wrong network (e.g. BTC to a USDT address, or USDT on BASE to a TRC20 address) can result in permanent loss of funds. Always double-check the coin and network before sending.
