Why Is My Incoming Crypto Transaction Pending or Not Showing?

Why a crypto transaction shows as pending or hasn't appeared yet, and what to do about it.

Transaction shows as pending

Your crypto is awaiting the required number of blockchain confirmations. Every blockchain requires a certain number of confirmations before a transaction is considered final. Until then, your transaction will show as pending on Prestmit.

This is normal. It may take longer than expected due to factors like:

  • Low network fee — If the gas or network fee was set very low when sending, miners may deprioritise the transaction. Simply put, it may take a longer time to be processed.

  • Network congestion — High traffic on the blockchain slows confirmation times for everyone.

What to do while you wait: Track your transaction using the in-app crypto checker or a blockchain explorer. If your transaction is completed on the blockchain but still shows as pending on Prestmit, reach out to support for help.

Transaction sent but not reflecting

If you sent crypto to your Prestmit wallet address but it it yet to reflect:

  • Confirm that the transaction was sent to the correct address — your Prestmit wallet address for that specific coin.

  • Check a blockchain explorer using your transaction hash to confirm the transfer went through on-chain.

  • Verify you sent the correct coin to the correct network (e.g. USDT using TRC20 network to your Prestmit TRC20 address).

Still not reflecting? If the blockchain explorer confirms the transaction was sent to your Prestmit address and it is still not reflecting after 1 hour, contact support via the in-app live chat with your transaction details for assistance.

Please Note: Sending the wrong coin to a wallet address (e.g. BTC to a USDT address) may result in permanent loss of funds. Always double-check the coin and network before sending your transaction.
