Every gift card transaction on Prestmit moves through one of these statuses. You can check the current status by opening the transaction in your history. Most transactions are reviewed within 5–30 minutes. During high volume periods, it may take longer.
Pending: Your transaction has been received and is in the review queue. No action is needed from you.
Processing: Your transaction is being actively reviewed by the transactions team.
Edited: Your transaction details (amount, category, payout, etc.) have been adjusted. You'll receive a notification or email detailing the reason for any changes made.
Completed: Your transaction was successfully processed and your payout has been credited to your selected wallet or bank account.
Rejected: Your transaction could not be processed. The rejection reason is shown in the transaction details. See Why Was My Gift Card Transaction Rejected? for what each rejection reason means and what to do.
