If your withdrawal is showing as completed on Prestmit but the funds haven't arrived in your bank account, check these first:
Confirm the bank details are correct. Go to your transaction history, tap the withdrawal, and verify the account number shown matches your bank account.
Check if your bank is experiencing downtime. Some banks experience processing delays intermittently.
Wait 30 minutes. Most withdrawals arrive within minutes but some banks take longer during peak hours.
Check the transaction status. If it says "Completed" on Prestmit, the funds were sent on our end.
Please Note: If more than 1 hour has passed and the funds still haven't arrived, contact support via the in-app live chat with your transaction ID. Provide your bank name, last 4 digits of the account, and the expected amount.
