If you have forgotten your password or PIN, you can reset it from the login screen.
To reset your password:
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password".
A one-time code is sent to your registered email address.
Enter the code when prompted.
Enter your new password and confirm it.
Tap "Submit".
To reset your PIN:
On the login screen, tap "Forgot PIN".
A one-time code is sent to your registered email address.
Enter the code when prompted.
Enter your new PIN and confirm it.
Tap "Submit".
Please Note: The code is sent to the email address registered on your account. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact support via in-app live chat.
