You can only sell airtime from the phone number registered on your Prestmit profile. Make sure your KYC is verified before you start.
Tap "BILL" on the home screen.
Select "Buy and Sell Airtime".
Select "Sell Airtime".
Choose your network provider (MTN, Airtel, Glo, or 9mobile).
Enter the amount you want to sell. The payout amount you will receive is shown automatically.
Tap "Continue".
On the next screen, you will see the instructions to complete the transaction. Transfer airtime using USSD to the number shown.
Take a screenshot of the confirmation SMS from your network provider.
Upload the screenshot in the upload field shown.
Tap "Submit".
Your transaction will be reviewed and you will receive a push notification and email once it is completed. Payout is sent to your Prestmit Naira wallet.
Please Note: The number shown on the transfer screen is unique to that transaction. It is not a regular phone number and cannot receive calls. If the airtime is not on your registered number, transfer it to your number first before starting a sell transaction. This feature is currently available to Nigerian users only.
