A sell airtime transaction is rejected when the airtime transfer cannot be verified. The three most common causes are listed below.
Wrong sender's number. You must send airtime from the phone number registered on your Prestmit account. Airtime sent from a different number cannot be matched to your transaction.
Wrong recipient number. Each sell transaction generates a unique transfer number. You must send to the exact number shown on the transaction screen, not a stored contact. That number is valid for that transaction only and will not receive calls.
Invalid transaction proof. The screenshot you uploaded must show the network confirmation SMS clearly. Blurry, cropped, or missing screenshots cannot be verified.
If you followed all three steps correctly and your transaction was still rejected, contact support via in-app live chat with your transaction ID.
