Why Did My Withdrawal Fail?

When Your Withdrawal Request Fails – Here’s Why!

  • Your bank is not available to receive the transfer from our end.

  • There is a limit on your bank account and it can not receive up to the amount you are trying to withdraw.

  • Initiating withdrawal to an invalid account, this mostly happens when you submit a wrong account information.

  • Withdrawal can also fail when the system detects it to be a duplicate transaction i.e making multiple withdrawals of the same amount within the same time frame.

Regardless of the reason for the failed withdrawal, the fund will be reversed to your Prestmit wallet promptly. Please proceed to withdraw again to the same bank account or choose a different bank account depending on the reason for the failed transaction.

To check reason for failed withdrawal, go to WITHDRAWAL PAGE, click on the particular failed transaction, and you can see every details including the reason for the failed withdrawal.
