My Withdrawal Is Pending or Hasn't Arrived — What Do I Do?

What Pending Confirm means on a Prestmit withdrawal, what to do if funds haven't arrived, and when to contact support.

If your withdrawal is showing as Pending Confirm or has been completed on Prestmit but the funds haven't arrived in your bank account yet, this article explains what each status means and what to do.

What does "Pending Confirm" mean?

"Pending Confirm" means your withdrawal has been submitted and is awaiting processing by the bank. This status typically lasts a few minutes before updating to "Completed." It is normal and does not require any action on your part.

What to do if the funds haven't arrived

If your withdrawal shows as Completed on Prestmit but the funds haven't reached your bank, check the following:

  1. Confirm the bank details are correct. Go to your transaction history, tap the withdrawal, and verify the account number shown matches your bank account.

  2. Check if your bank is experiencing downtime. Some banks experience processing delays during peak hours.

  3. Wait 30 minutes. Most withdrawals arrive within minutes, but some banks take longer during peak hours.

  4. Check the transaction status. If it shows "Completed" on Prestmit, the funds were sent on our end.

When to contact support

If your withdrawal has been stuck on "Pending Confirm" for more than 30 minutes, or shows "Completed" but the funds still haven't arrived after 1 hour, contact support via the in-app live chat. Include your transaction ID, bank name, and the expected amount.
