Is there any charge for Internal Transfers?
No. Internal Transfers are completely free, with no associated fees.
How does Internal Transfer work?
Users can transfer funds directly to another Prestmit user by entering the recipient’s Prestmit username. No bank details are required.
Where can users access the Internal Transfer feature?
Users can access Internal Transfers through two routes:
Option 1: From the Home Screen
Go to NGN Balance
Select Withdraw
Choose Transfer to Prestmit User
Option 2: From the Wallet Menu
Open Wallet
Select Naira Wallet
Choose Transfer to Prestmit User
Can users transfer to non-Prestmit users?
No. Internal Transfers work only between verified Prestmit users.
