Occasionally, certain banks are temporarily unavailable on Prestmit due to downtime or maintenance on the bank's end. This is outside of Prestmit's control and typically resolves within a few hours.
Why is my bank not available?
Banks can be temporarily unavailable due to several reasons listed below;
Scheduled maintenance.
Technical downtime.
High traffic on the bank's infrastructure.
How to check which banks are available
Go to Wallet and tap your Naira Wallet or Cedis Wallet.
Tap Withdraw.
Tap Withdraw to Bank Account.
Click on Check available banks.
The list shows all banks. Banks that are currently unavailable are greyed out. You can also search for your preferred bank for faster response.
What to do if your bank is unavailable
Try again after a few hours. Prestmit monitors bank availability in real time and updates the list automatically as banks come back online. If your bank remains unavailable for an extended period, contact support via the in-app live chat.
