Occasionally, certain banks are temporarily unavailable on Prestmit due to downtime or maintenance on the bank's end. This is outside of Prestmit's control and typically resolves within a few hours.
Why is my bank not available?
Banks go temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical downtime, or high traffic on the bank's infrastructure. Prestmit monitors bank availability in real time and updates the list automatically as banks come back online.
How to check which banks are available
Go to Wallet and tap your Naira Wallet or Cedis Wallet.
Tap Withdraw.
Tap Select Bank.
The list shows all banks. Banks that are currently unavailable are greyed out.
What to do if your bank is unavailable
Try again after a few hours. Bank availability changes in real time, so a bank that is greyed out now may be active again shortly. If your bank remains unavailable for an extended period, contact support via the in-app live chat.
