What does deleting your account mean?
Deleting your Prestmit account permanently removes your personal information, account data, and transaction history from our platform. Once deleted, you will lose access to your account and any ongoing transactions or services will be terminated.
Important things to do before deleting
Withdraw all available funds from your wallet before proceeding — you will not be able to access them after deletion.
Note that once deleted, you will not be able to register a new account using the same email address, username, phone number, or KYC records.
Can my account be restored after deletion?
In some cases, account restoration may be possible, but it is subject to review and certain conditions must be met. It is not guaranteed, so please be certain before proceeding.
