Deleting your Prestmit account is permanent. It removes your personal information, account data, and transaction history from the platform.
What deletion means
You lose access to your account immediately.
Any pending or active transactions are cancelled.
You cannot register a new account using the same email address, username, phone number, or KYC records.
Before you delete
Withdraw all available funds from your wallet first. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to access or recover them.
Can my account be restored?
In some cases, restoration may be possible but is not guaranteed. It is subject to review and certain conditions must be met. Do not proceed if you are uncertain.

If you are considering deleting your account because of a problem, such as a transaction issue or a concern about your account, contact support via in-app live chat before proceeding. Most issues can be resolved without deletion.
