Why was my transaction edited to another category?
Your pending sell gift card transaction can be edited if the trade was initiated in the wrong category. We have different categories and subcategories for different assets and for their values. If you send your transaction in the wrong category, this transaction will be edited to the correct category it belongs to and often this might lead to a different rate and a different payout as in most cases, every category has different rates.

Why did I receive a different value/payout for my transaction?
Your pending sell gift card transaction can be edited if the trade was sent with the wrong value. Lets say, user T sends a $20 asset as $50, after proper checks, this transaction will be edited to $20. This will lead to a different payout.
