Every gift card transaction on Prestmit moves through one of these statuses. You can check the current status by opening the transaction in your history.
Pending — Your transaction has been received and is in the review queue. No action is needed from you.
In Progress — The card is being actively reviewed by the trade team.
Edited — The transaction amount was adjusted. This usually happens when the card balance differs from the amount you submitted. You'll see the updated payout value in the transaction details.
Completed — The card was accepted and your payout has been sent to your selected wallet or bank account.
Rejected — The card could not be processed. The rejection reason is shown in the transaction details. See Why Was My Gift Card Transaction Rejected? for what each reason means and what to do.
Please Note: If your transaction has been Pending for longer than usual, contact support via the in-app live chat with your transaction ID.
