Pending means your transaction has been received and is sitting in the review queue. Our trade team reviews gift card transactions 24/7.
No action is needed from you. Once the review is complete, the status will update to In Progress, Completed, or Rejected.
Most transactions are reviewed within 5–30 minutes. During high-volume periods, it may take a few hours.
Please Note: If your transaction has been Pending for more than 2 hours without any update, contact support via the in-app live chat with your transaction ID. See Understanding Your Gift Card Transaction Status for what each status means.
