When submitting a gift card trade, you'll need to choose the correct card format.
Physical — You have the actual card or a photo of it. The code is printed on the card, sometimes under a scratch-off panel. Upload a clear photo of the card when submitting.
Ecode — You have only the code, with no physical card. This happens when a card is bought digitally and the code is delivered by email or screenshot. Enter the code in the comments field when submitting — no image upload needed.
Please Note: Choosing the wrong format will not automatically reject your trade, but it may slow down processing. If you're unsure which to pick, enter the code in the comments field regardless of format.
