When submitting a gift card transaction, you'll be asked to select the correct gift card form. Here's what each one means.
Physical: You have the actual gift card or a photo of it. The code is printed on the gift card, sometimes under a scratch-off panel. Upload a clear photo of the gift card when submitting.
Ecode: You have only the code, with no physical gift card. This happens when a gift card is bought digitally and the code is delivered by email or screenshot. Enter the code in the comments field when submitting, no image upload needed.
Please Note: Choosing the wrong format will not automatically reject your transaction, but it may slow down processing. If you're unsure which to pick.
