Need a record of your transactions? You can download a statement for any of your wallets - Naira, Cedi, or USD. It'll be sent straight to your registered email as a PDF.

How To Download Wallet Statement

  • Go to your wallets (Naira, Cedis, or USD).

  • Set your preferred date range.

  • Submit your request, and your statement will be sent to your registered email as a PDF, ready to download, store, or share.

    You can also receive monthly account statements by email at the end of each month.


    To enable or disable monthly account statements:

  • Log in to your account

  • Navigate to 'settings'

  • Click 'payment settings'

  • Toggle 'monthly account statements' on or off.
