Automated Monthly Account Statements

At the start of each new month, Prestmit automatically emails you a summary of your previous month's wallet activity.

Every new month, you'll get a statement covering all activity across your Cedis, Naira, and USD wallets from the previous month - inflows, outflows, and balance movements. If you had no transactions that month, no statement is sent.

To enable or disable monthly account statements:

  • Log in to your account

  • Navigate to 'settings'

  • Click 'payment settings'

  • Toggle 'monthly account statements' on or off.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my monthly statement?

You will receive your statement at the start of each month, covering transactions from the previous month.

Will I receive a statement every month?

You will receive a statement only if you have had at least one transaction in the previous month.

What information is included in the statement?

The statement includes a summary of all transactions conducted in your wallet during the selected month.

Can I still request a statement manually?

Yes, you can still generate and download account statements manually for any specific date range. Here's how.

How will I receive my statement?

Is there a fee for receiving automated statements?

No, this feature is completely free for all users.

What happens if I don’t receive my statement?

If you had transactions and didn’t receive your statement, check your email spam/junk folder or ensure your registered email address is correct. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us 24/7 on intercom chat or email help@prestmit.com.
