Every cryptocurrency on Prestmit has a minimum deposit requirement. If you send an amount below the specified minimum, your transaction will be flagged because it does not meet the required threshold.
To make resolving these transactions easier, Prestmit allows users to resolve flagged below-minimum crypto issues themselves using the Top-Up option.
Top Up option allows you to send additional crypto to meet the minimum deposit requirement for your transaction.
Once you send the required additional amount or more to your wallet address, Prestmit will automatically combine the original deposit with the new deposit and credit you the total amount.
How to Resolve a Flagged Crypto Transaction using Top up option
Log in to your Prestmit account.
Go to Transactions.
Select the flagged transaction you want to resolve.
Tap Resolve.
Select Top up from the available options

Click I have sent it once top up has been done and both transactions are automatically processed.
