How To Resolve Flagged Crypto Transactions- Resolution fee option

If your crypto transaction has been flagged, you can resolve it by paying a resolution fee. This article provides a guide on how to resolve your flagged crypto transaction using the resolution fee option

To make resolving these transactions easier, Prestmit now allows users to resolve flagged below-minimum crypto cases themselves using Resolution Fee option

If your crypto transaction is flagged as below minimum, you can choose to pay a one-time resolution fee to process your transaction.

When you select this option, the applicable fee, which ranges from $1-$2 is deducted from your transaction value, and the remaining value is processed as your final payout.

How to Pay the Resolution Fee

  1. Log in to your Prestmit account.

  2. Go to Transactions.

  3. Select the flagged transaction you want to resolve.

  4. Tap Resolve.

  5. Select Pay Resolution Fee from the available resolution options.

  6. The transaction details are displayed on the screen

    • The amount of crypto originally sent.

    • The resolution fee to be deducted.

    • The applicable exchange rate.

    • Your final payout after the fee deduction.

    • Confirm that the details are correct

  7. Click on Submit

Once submitted, the resolution fee will be deducted, and the remaining transaction amount will be processed automatically.

When Should You Choose the Resolution Fee Option?

The Pay Resolution Fee option may be suitable if:

  1. You do not want to send additional crypto.

  2. You are comfortable with a one-time fee being deducted from your payout.

Important Note

If your deposit amount is too low to cover the resolution fee, this option will not be made available. In this case, you will need to send additional crypto to meet the minimum deposit requirement. Feel free to top up the required amount at any time to complete your transaction.
