The process of selling airtime on Prestmit is easy. But here's a step-by-step guide:

Make sure you have downloaded the Prestmit app on either Playstore or Appstore.

1. Once you're logged in, click "PAY BILLS, BUY & SELL AIRTIME" on the homepage.

NOTE: Ensure that your KYC is verified on your profile. KYC verification on Prestmit is easy. You can use BVN, NIN or any government issued ID. BVN and NIN verifications are instant, ID verification might take a few minutes.

2. Select "BUY AND SELL AIRTIME" and click on "SELL AIRTIME".

3. Select the network provider and enter the amount you want to sell. You will see the minimum / maximum amounts acceptable and also the expected amount you will receive in return.

NOTE: You can only sell airtime from the phone number on your Prestmit profile. If the airtime is not on your number, you can first send it to your number, or contact support to help.

Once done, click "CONTINUE".

4. On the next page, you will see the instructions to complete the transaction. You are expected to transfer the airtime to the phone number shown on the page. Once that is done, take a screenshot and upload it in the upload field.

If you don't know how to transfer on your network, the instruction will be on the page.

If you don't know how to change transfer pin on your network, the instruction will be on the page.

NOTES: The number shown on the page is only valid for that transaction and the number is not available for calls.

Once that is done, click "SUBMIT" and wait a few minutes for the transaction to be verified.

The transaction typically takes a few minutes. We will send you an email and push notification once the transaction is completed.
