The common reason a sell airtime transaction can be declined is if we're unable to confirm that the airtime was received. It can be due to any of the following:

  • Wrong sender’s number; If you send from a number different from your registered number on Prestmit.

  • Wrong recipient's number; If you send to a number that is not Prestmit's.

  • Wrong amount

  • Invalid transaction proof.
