Your code is in your transaction history.
Tap the menu or go to "Transactions."
Find and tap the completed purchase.
The gift card code and redemption instructions are shown on the transaction detail page.
Please Note: You will also receive a notification when your code is ready. If the transaction shows as completed but no code is visible, contact support via the in-app live chat with your transaction ID.
Once you have the code from your transaction history, go to the brand's official website or app and redeem it there. Redemption steps vary by brand.
Your transaction detail page includes a brief redemption guide specific to the card you bought. Follow that guide on the brand's platform.
Please Note: Gift card codes are single-use. Once redeemed on the brand's platform, they cannot be re-used. Codes may have an expiry date — check the brand's terms. Prestmit cannot reverse a code once it has been delivered to your transaction history.
