Your virtual bank account allows you to generate Virtual Bank Accounts which you can use to top-up your Naira wallet on Prestmit to make purchases. You can generate a maximum of two virtual bank accounts and deposit funds at any time.
Here are the steps to generate your virtual bank account(s).
1. Go to the Naira Wallet page.
2. Click ADD FUNDS.
3. You will be prompted to complete KYC verification if you haven't done so. If you already verified your KYC, all you need to do is enter your BVN
5. Once that is done, your virtual bank account will be generated for you.
6. You can top up either of your virtual bank accounts at any time.

Can I generate more than one Virtual Top-up Account?
Yes! Prestmit provides you with two dedicated Naira virtual bank accounts, giving you the flexibility to fund your Naira wallet by transferring money to either account from any Nigerian bank.
Can I change my Virtual Top-up Account number?
No. Once generated, your account number is fixed and cannot be changed.
Why can't I generate a Virtual Top-up Account?
You need to complete KYC and provide your BVN before a Virtual Top-up Account can be created. If you have already completed KYC using another method, you will be prompted to add your BVN separately. If the issue persists, contact support via in-app live chat.
Is my BVN safe with Prestmit?
Yes, your BVN is protected under the Prestmit Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. It is used only to verify your identity, it does not give Prestmit or anyone else access to your bank account.
