The Withdrawal Issue Timeline is a feature that lets you track the progress of a reported withdrawal problem directly in the app without needing to follow up via chat.
When you report a withdrawal issue to support, a timeline is created for that case. It shows each step taken to resolve your issue, with timestamps, so you always know what's happening with your funds.
How to access it
Go to "Wallets" and tap Naira Wallet.
Scroll down to locate the affected withdrawal, then tap it.
If an issue has been raised, a "Withdrawal Issue Timeline" option will appear on the withdrawal details page.
Please Note: The timeline only appears for withdrawals where a formal issue has been raised with the support team. For general withdrawal delays, contact support via the in-app live chat using the Report Issue prompt on the withdrawal details page.
