What the Withdrawal Issue Timeline feature is and how to use it to track the resolution of a withdrawal problem.

The Withdrawal Issue Timeline is a feature that lets you track the progress of a reported withdrawal problem directly in the app — without needing to follow up via chat.

When you report a withdrawal issue to support, a timeline is created for that case. It shows each step taken to resolve your issue, with timestamps, so you always know what's happening with your funds.

How to access it

  1. Go to "Wallet" and select your Naira or Cedis wallet.

  2. Tap "Withdrawal History."

  3. Select the affected withdrawal.

  4. If an issue has been raised, a "View Timeline" option will appear on the transaction detail page.

Please Note: The timeline only appears for transactions where a formal issue has been raised with the support team. For general withdrawal delays, contact support via the in-app live chat with your transaction ID.
